At the bottom of the page or under Contact you will find our contact form, which you can use at any time to ask questions or send us a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can use our categories to find out which products are suitable for you. Select the items from our shop that are suitable for you. Simply place the items you would like to buy in the shopping cart. Then click on the shopping basket symbol in the top right-hand corner. In the shopping cart you will get an overview of your selected products and you can also make changes, such as selected items and quantities. Start the payment process via the checkout.

If your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly afterwards. If you have not received this email, please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation after 10 minutes and you cannot find it in your spam folder, please contact our customer service.

Payment process

If you pay in advance, we will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have shipped your order. The prerequisite is that you have provided us with a valid e-mail address. This also means that we have received your payment and have then arranged for your order to be shipped. Please note that the processing of a payment by the banks involved can take up to three working days. If after these three days you are unsure whether we have received your payment, please contact our customer service.

Shipping & Delivery

From an order value of EUR 300, shipping is free of charge worldwide. From the minimum order value of 100€ the shipping costs are 35€.
